About Student Government...

Instead of students being elected by their class or by the whole student body, senators will be elected to represent approximately 70 students in their residential area.  This allows for easier contact.

The Senate will meet at least once a month and carry out various tasks including the disbursement of the budget to campus groups, policy making, and exploration of new possibilities.

There will be one senator from each of the fifteen districts (11 residential and 4 commuter).  Senate meetings will be open to the public so all can participate.

For more information, refer to the Student Government Constitution.
