Transcript of grades
In addition to the notification of grades sent to students at the end of
each semester, an official transcript is maintained for each student in
the Registrars Office. The transcript is part of the schools
permanent records during and after the students period of attendance.
A student or alumnus may obtain a copy of his or her transcript by sending
a written request to the Registrar. Pursuant to the Privacy Act and because
a signature is required, requests made by telephone cannot be honored. Student
accounts must be current, and graduate accounts must be paid in full, before
transcripts will be released.
