	The college The academic program Course offerings Academic policies Campus life Admissions Financial aid -Types of financial aid -Application procedures -How aid is awarded -Student responsibilities -Satisfactory academic progress to maintain eligibility for financial aid -Terms for disbursement of aid Costs Graduate studies		Student responsibilities A student who desires aid has the following responsibilities: Apply for admission to the college Apply for financial aid each year according to the prescribed procedure Provide a Financial Aid Transcript (FAT) from each postsecondary institution attended, if a transfer student Maintain satisfactory academic progress, as described below Notify the Financial Aid Office of any unusual change in financial situation Notify the Financial Aid Office of any types of aid being received from sources other than the Financial Aid Office Repay within one semester any over-award of a loan or grant Use financial aid funds solely for educational purposes Turn in to the Financial Aid Office all required documents prior to or during each semester of enrollment. Request a refund of any GSL credit, which may be on the student’s account, prior to his or her last date of attendance at Emory & Henry.
