CIMT 120 Survey of Computer Applications
Operation of a personal computer and its peripherals, fundamentals of word processing, spreadsheet applications, presentation software, web-authoring software, library access and online search techniques, email, and navigation of the Internet. Laboratory setting. Students with college credit in a Computer Science course are not eligible for Computer Information Management 120. One semester hour. Pass-Fail only.

CIMT 140 Introduction to Computers
Overview of computers and information technology, including history, terminology, and ethical issues. Use of application software for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email, network browsers, group presentation, and web design. Fee. Two semester hours for a student who has completed 120; three semester hours otherwise.
