Ethical inquiry
Objective: To prepare students for making informed decisions about those
moral and ethical issues which are part of the consequences of possessing
knowledge; to demonstrate that value concerns are intrinsic to every area
of learning; to encourage each student to consider ethical issues relevant
to his or her major.
Requirement: Every student takes one Ethical Inquiry course. Prerequisite:
junior status. Following are the courses currently designated as Ethical
Inquiry courses, together with the sponsoring departments.
